0. Payment Provider

All payments on SnapProHead are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem is the authorized reseller of SnapProHead credits and handles payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, and refund disbursement on our behalf.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SnapProHead ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SnapProHead provides AI-generated professional headshots from photos you upload. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create realistic headshot images based on your submitted photos.

3. User Accounts

• You must create an account to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Photo Upload Guidelines

When uploading photos to SnapProHead, you agree that:

• You own the rights to all photos you upload, or have authorization to use them.
• The photos contain only your own likeness, or you have consent from the person depicted.
• You will not upload photos containing explicit, illegal, or harmful content.
• You will not upload photos of minors without parental consent.
• You understand that uploaded photos will be processed by AI to generate headshots.

5. Credits and Payments

• The Service operates on a credit-based system. You purchase credits to generate headshots.
• All payments are processed securely through Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem is the authorized reseller of our services and handles billing, tax collection, and compliance.
• Prices are listed in USD and may change with notice.
• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

6. Refunds and Satisfaction Guarantee

• We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all paid headshot packs. If you are not satisfied with the headshots delivered in your pack, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
• To request a refund, email contact@snapprohead.com with your account email and order date. See our Refund Policy for full details.
• Refunds are processed through Creem, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
• Each purchase includes one AI training run for the selected pack tier. We do not sell separate paid "regeneration" runs — purchase an additional pack if you need another full set.

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the photos you upload to the Service.
• Generated headshots are licensed to you for personal and commercial use.
• You may not claim that AI-generated images are unaltered photographs of yourself.
• You may not use generated images to impersonate or misrepresent other individuals.
• SnapProHead reserves the right to use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement.

8. AI-Generated Content and Deepfake Prevention

• All headshots are generated by AI and are not actual photographs. Results may vary based on the quality of uploaded photos.
• You must only upload photos of yourself, or photos for which you have obtained explicit consent from the person depicted.
• You are strictly prohibited from using the Service to create deepfakes, misleading content, or images intended to impersonate or deceive.
• We reserve the right to refuse service and delete generated content if we suspect misuse, including but not limited to: creating images of public figures without consent, generating misleading identity documents, or any form of harassment or fraud.
• Generated images must not be represented as unaltered photographs in contexts where doing so would be misleading or illegal.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate images that are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• The results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any generated images will meet your expectations

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapProHead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration in Hong Kong.

14. Payments, Disputes, and Chargebacks

• All payments are processed through Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem's terms of service and privacy policy also apply to your purchase.
• If you believe a payment was made in error or wish to dispute a charge, please contact us at contact@snapprohead.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
• We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 5 business days.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting us may result in account termination.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
